Warranty Period by Product Type:

• Warranty claims are valid only under the terms outlined by the company and based on usage conditions set forth by the manufacturer.

Damages Not Covered by Warranty

• Damage to products or accessories such as cracks, burns, dents, bending, warping, or missing parts will void the warranty immediately.  
• Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes), or pests will void the warranty.  
• Issues resulting from improper installation, repair, unauthorized modifications, or the use of unapproved components will void the warranty.  
• Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or abnormal conditions such as adhesive residue, rust, water stains, animal waste, or circuit damage will void the warranty.  
• Cosmetic issues such as color fading or minor scratches are not covered under the warranty.  
• Products with incomplete packaging, missing components, or tampered warranty seals will not be accepted for warranty claims.  
• Products cannot be returned if the package has been opened or the product has been used

7-Day Product Replacement Terms

• Products that are defective within 7 days from the date of purchase (based on the receipt) are eligible for replacement under the following conditions:  
  
• The product is confirmed to be defective.  
  
• The product remains in its original condition without signs of damage such as cracks, burns, dents, scratches, or missing components.  
  
• All included accessories (e.g., box, foam, manuals, freebies) must be intact.  
  
• The replacement is subject to inspection and approval by company staff.  
  
• Products exceeding the 7-day period are eligible for repair claims instead of replacement.  
  
• Clearance items and demo units are sold without a warranty, as specified at the time of sal

• Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt (as per shipping records) in the following cases:  
• Defective or damaged products due to manufacturing issues.  
• Incorrect model, color, size, or specifications received.  
• The product must remain unused and include all original accessories.

• Products purchased in the wrong model, color, or size.  
• Products with damaged or incomplete packaging.  
• Products missing accessories.  
• Items received more than 7 days ago.
